Teddy Bear Cake

What kind of Bear came up with this delicious cake? I have been looking for a culinary recipe for this cake for a long time. I tried all possible variations of it, but I didn't like any of them so much that I could talk about it. But this Teddy Bear cake really inspired further culinary exploits on the path of the kitchen.

Together with sugar, we rub the softened butter, then we introduce into it one by one all five egg yolks and bring them to a homogeneous mass. Pour in a spoonful of soda extinguished in citric acid, put sour cream and vanilla sugar, continue to beat. At the end, mix the flour, but in small portions. It may turn out that the flour will go either more or less. The finished dough should have the consistency of very thick sour cream. Now we divide the dough into three parts and bake separate cakes in an oiled round shape. When the cakes are baked, we leave them to cool and prepare the cream. Whisk the proteins into a strong foam, pour sugar into them carefully. And continue to whisk until full thickness. Then we put walnuts passed through a meat grinder into the proteins. We coat each cake with the resulting cream and send our masterpiece to the refrigerator. At this time, we cook the fudge: mix cocoa with sugar, dilute with cold milk and boil over fire until thickened. At the end, we mix the butter (it should melt). We take out the cake and pour it with cooled fudge. That's it, our delicious children's food is ready, you can invite guests.
