A few days ago I tried to cook a very unusual drink according to a new culinary recipe - almond milk. My husband and I really liked it and we decided to periodically prepare it for a variety of meals for dinner (it is preferable to drink it in the evening, since it contains alcohol). Now I will share with you this culinary recipe. So, we begin the preparation of our drink by thoroughly washing the almonds, drying them with a paper towel, and then grinding them in a blender to the maximum. After that, place the prepared almonds in a separate bowl. Now add boiling water, honey, table salt to it and mix everything thoroughly. After that, we leave our mass to infuse for about half an hour. After this time, add dry white wine to the almond mass. If you wish, you can strain the resulting drink. After that, pour the almond milk into glasses and serve it to the table.
