Apple wine with raisins

The original way of cooking makes this wine even tastier! Apple wine has been successfully made at home for a long time in many Russian families. There are so many varieties of it that everyone can find the most suitable one for themselves. I found this recipe in a French cuisine magazine and I liked it right away. Wine made according to this recipe is somewhat like cider: it is delicious and a little "biting". Be sure to try to cook this, after that there will be something to brag about in front of your girlfriends.

Apples are divided into four slices, remove the cores. Now we grind them in a meat grinder. Then add two kilograms of sugar, mix, put two spoons of raisins. And carefully transfer the resulting mass into a large glass bottle.

We pull a regular rubber glove on top so that it sits very tightly on the bottle. And we put it in a dark place for three weeks. The whole mass is filtered through a thin gauze folded in several layers, and we squeeze out all the liquid from the pulp. Pour a glass of sugar, pour it back into the bottle and leave it for a week. Then we repeat the process: filter through gauze. And to each liter of the resulting wine, add 4 tablespoons of vodka. The wine can be bottled in smaller bottles, corked and stored until the right day.

Do not wash apples and raisins - there are natural yeast on the skin.
