Homemade apple wine made from apples

Try a new recipe for fragrant homemade wine! This year was an unprecedented apple harvest. We ate them, and cooked a variety of food from these fruits, and cooked jam from them, dried them for the winter, but this did not make the apples smaller. It's a pity to throw them away, there is no one to give them away. After a little reflection, my husband and I decided to try to cook homemade apple wine according to my grandfather's recipe. This drink is delicious, healthy in moderation and can be consumed with any meal.

To make homemade wine from apples, apples, granulated sugar, a fermentation tank, a powerful grater or equipment for squeezing fruit are required directly. The first stage of wine preparation is pressing.
The apples removed from the tree are washed, cut into small pieces (slices or cubes) and poured into a pre-cooked saucepan. Pour this purified water into a saucepan, add cinnamon and cook until soft.
After that, we rub the fruit through a sieve and set aside until fermentation for 2-3 days. Then filter and add sugar in the amount you need. The finished wine is filtered, bottled and stored in a cool place.
