Alcohol liqueur with chocolate and milk

Pleasant and delicate liqueur, with wonderful soft taste sensations. Absolutely by chance and due to circumstances beyond my control, alcohol appeared in my family. I spent it all on lotions and infusions, I harassed him for compresses. And all this went on until one terribly interesting uncle wandered into our light. You can say, an alconaut, and all such a well-deserved alconaut, but not completely descended, but with a sense of self-esteem. My daughter just got sick and I was twirling a compress around her neck. The uncle sniffed, well, just like Nikulin in the "Caucasian captive", moved his nose and said: "Alcohol". I had to admit his rightness, however, with the caveat that there is not much of it. But if he needs to improve his health, I'll pour a couple of tablespoons. He did not refuse the offering at all, and in response to my kindness, he undertook to prepare chocolate liqueur according to a completely wild culinary recipe.

To make it, you need to grate 2 chocolate bars on a fine grater, then I tried it with different chocolate, but I liked the taste of bitter chocolate the most. So they rubbed the chocolate, filled it with alcohol and added a pinch of vanilla. They screwed the lid tightly so as not to exhaust.
Now you need to leave alone for a week, but the rest should be relative, the more often you shake a day, the better the taste. A week later, the syrup is prepared. To do this, mix water with milk, bring to a boil and pour sugar. Cold syrup is poured into a bottle with chocolate and shaken again for 3 weeks.
And last – filtering, preferably double, now you have to wait a couple more weeks.
