1. Wash the chicken breasts, dry them with a paper towel and lightly season with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a frying pan, put garlic cloves cut in half and fry it. Then remove the garlic and throw it away, put the chopped chicken breasts and fry over high heat until golden brown (do not over-dry!). Put the finished chicken on a paper towel to drain excess fat.
2. Cherry tomatoes cut into 4 parts, onion cut into half rings. Wash and dry the salad leaves and tear them into small pieces.
3. Throw the noodles into boiling water and let it cook for 3-4 minutes, then throw them into a colander and rinse with cold water, let the water drain.
4. In a small frying pan, heat the olive oil, put the garlic cloves cut in half and fry it. Then remove the garlic and throw it away, add salt, sugar, black and red pepper. Remove from the fire. Allow to cool slightly. Add white wine vinegar to the oil and mix well.
5. In a large bowl, mix lettuce leaves, fried chicken breasts, chopped onion and cherry tomatoes and rice noodles, season everything with dressing.
6. When serving, sprinkle the salad with pine nuts, and decorate the plate with chopped dill. The salad is ready! Bon appetit!
