Rye bran with kefir

Prepare healthy drinks, please yourself and your family! Rye bran with kefir and berries create a great cocktail mix! If you supplement the drink with oatmeal cookies, you will get a great breakfast. 1. Strawberries are thoroughly washed, cut off the stems, crushed with a blender.

2. Pour kefir into a deep bowl, spread strawberry puree, pour rye bran and ground ginger, beat with a mixer.

3. The drink needs to be sweetened a little, for this we add sugar, beat it again.

Pour the resulting cocktail into glasses, decorate with half a strawberry.
