Cooking method

Cooking time: 8 h 30 min

First you need to prepare a thick yogurt without additives:

1. Milk, if not pasteurized, then it must be boiled and cooled to 36 degrees Celsius. Pasteurized milk is enough to heat up slightly to the required temperature - 36 degrees.
2. Add the starter to all the milk, having previously dissolved it in a small amount of milk, and mix well.
4. Now you need to pour the milk into the jars of the yogurt maker, put them in their places, select the yogurt cooking mode, set the time to 8 hours and wait for the end of cooking.
5. Or milk in a suitable container - for example, in a saucepan - can be wrapped up well with a blanket and left in a warm place for the same time - 8 hours.

Now we prepare drinking yogurt from the finished thick yogurt:

1. Oat flakes are lightly crushed in a blender.
2. Add thick yogurt and fruit or berry base to them - for example, strawberries.
3. Mix everything well with a blender until a liquid homogeneous consistency.

Delicious drinking yogurt is ready!
