Cooking time: 1 h 15 min
Cut beef into large pieces and marinate in dry white wine with rosemary for an hour. After the time has elapsed, we throw the meat into a colander to stack the marinade. In a deep frying pan with heated olive oil, put the meat with rosemary. Fry the meat from all sides, while stirring it intensively. Bring a saucepan with 2 liters of water to a boil and blanch the tomatoes in it for 3 minutes, and then take them out and peel them. Prepared tomatoes are crushed using a blender. In tomato puree, add garlic passed through the press, chopped basil, olives cut in half and thyme. Add the resulting mixture to the meat, salt and simmer until cooked for about 40 minutes. Italian-style meat with tomato sauce is served with risotto. Have a good appetite!
