If the cheese is not very soft, you can rub it on a fine grater.

    Cut the smoked meat into small cubes. Cut the mushrooms into small pieces and fry in vegetable oil until tender, let the mushrooms cool down. Chop the dill greens with a knife. Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl, season with mayonnaise and mix well – the filling is ready.

    Spread the pita bread sheet on a smooth clean surface, distribute the filling over it and roll it tightly into a roll. We will put the roll in a bag or wrap it with cling film and send it to the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
