Cooking method

Cooking time: 35 min

1. Wash the potatoes, dry them, put them in a cellophane bag, tie it into a knot. Along the circumference of the package, we make punctures with a needle or toothpick to release air. We send the packed potatoes to the microwave for 15 minutes (at full power).

2. We take the finished potatoes out of the microwave oven, cut each tuber in half. Using a tablespoon, we extract the potato pulp, thereby forming potato boats.

3. Mash the potato pulp with a fork, add the pre-grated cheese (we leave a little cheese) and diced ham, salt to taste and mix the filling.

4. Fill the prepared boats with stuffing, and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top. We send it to the microwave for 5 minutes at a power of 800 W.

5. Green onions are washed, dried, finely chopped with a knife. Sprinkle the finished potatoes with onions and immediately serve them on the table.

Eat with pleasure!
