Cooking method

Cooking time: 50 min

In a separate bowl, mix the yeast, sugar, as well as flour and salt.
Pour oil and water into the recess made in flour.
Knead the soft dough. It should not be tight.

Let the dough rise in a warm place. it will take about half an hour.

Divide the dough that has come up into 2 parts (these will be 2 separate pizzas), add the filling to taste.

Bake for 10 minutes in a preheated 250 degree oven.

Advice: cheese on pizza should only melt, not bake. This means that you need to add it just a few minutes before it is ready.
