Slice pork across the fibers, chop and cut into 3-4 cm long cubes .
Cut the fat into pieces and melt the fat.
Season the meat with salt, pepper, fry in a frying pan, then add chopped onions to it and, stirring, fry at moderate heat until the onion is fried.
After that, sprinkle with flour, mix well, add tomato puree diluted in water and mix.
Add sour cream, stir everything, cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes on low heat.
