Take the chicken fillet. Wash it and cut it into small squares. Then cut the onion. Put a frying pan on the stove and heat the olive oil in it. Then put the onion on it. When it becomes transparent, add chicken fillet to it. Fry the meat and onion over low heat until the meat is browned. It should take you about 15 minutes to do this. During this time, it is necessary to heat up and then bring the broth to a boil, which is then poured into the meat. Mix it with the meat and add the tomato paste. Add salt and pepper to taste. Put the saffron. Put the rice and stir. In this state, bring the paella to a boil. It should boil for five minutes. Then make a small fire and leave to simmer for 15 minutes. Then remove the pan from the stove. Immediately cover it with foil, and then wrap it carefully in a kitchen towel. So let the paella stand for five minutes. During this time, cut the greens. Then arrange the paella on plates and garnish with herbs. Bon appetit!
