We take the egg, margarine and milk out of the refrigerator in advance. These products should be at room temperature.

Beat an egg in a bowl with a fork (not much, without foam), add sour cream, margarine and milk, mix these ingredients until smooth. Put salt and soda, mix well. Pour the sifted flour in parts, knead the dough, adding flour if necessary. It should turn out to be cool, similar in consistency to sand.

We put it in a cellophane bag and leave it in the refrigerator for half an hour. In the meantime, you can prepare the filling for stuffing the pie. We take the dough out of the refrigerator, divide it into two parts (one is larger than the second) and prepare the pie. This dough may well be suitable for any pie with unsweetened filling. And the cooking process is very simple.
