Filling dough for a cake on kefir with baking powder

Aspic pies are prepared simply, quickly and turn out very tasty! Aspic pies are my weakness. They turn out very tasty, tender and cook quickly. The dough for such pies is prepared on kefir, milk, sour cream or mayonnaise and has the consistency of sour cream. I will present you the aspic dough on kefir.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 10 min

First, lightly beat the eggs. Add sugar and salt. Also whisk. (If you are preparing a sweet pie, then you can pour a little more sugar, 2-3 spoons. And vanilla on the tip of the knife.)
Pour kefir and baking powder or soda. It is not necessary to extinguish it in vinegar if you use sour products for the dough (sour cream, kefir, lemon juice). We mix everything.
Gradually pour the flour, stirring every time. Beat everything with a whisk, or a mixer.
If the dough is thick, add a little kefir. If it's too liquid, like milk, more flour.
And now the dough is ready!
Everything your heart desires will do for the filling. Meat, minced meat, sausage, fish, pates, mashed potatoes, vegetables, fruits... The products must be prepared beforehand (cleaned, grated, fried, brought to semi-readiness). Add fruits without heat treatment.
Bon appetit! ;-)
