1. We try to choose ripe, large and juicy fruits, they will get more juice.

4. We put cherries in jars, sprinkling it with sugar, cover with lids. We put a towel on the bottom of the pan and put cans on it. The walls of the cans should not touch each other.

5. Pour hot water into a saucepan and boil a liter jar for 20 minutes. Immediately after that, we roll up the lids and put them under the blanket until they cool down completely.
