- add 4 tablespoons of flour, mix, leave for 20 minutes.

Knead the dough:
- add salt to the dough, beat in the eggs;
- pour in the vegetable oil and the rest of the flour;
- lubricate your hands with vegetable oil and knead a smooth dough;
- leave the dough in a bowl, covered with a towel, for 60 minutes.

When the dough rises, it needs to be kneaded and allowed to rise again. After that, you can start cooking strudel.
