How to marinate nutria meat

Don't know how to pickle nutria? The recipe is for you! If you have got nutria meat, but do not know what to do with it, prepare a barbecue from it! And before cooking, I suggest marinating the meat according to this recipe. It is not necessary to marinate nutria for a long time - it already has very soft meat, but the marinade will make its taste more interesting.

Cooking time: 2 h 30 min

Cut up the nutria, cut into pieces of the desired size.

Prepare the marinade:

- squeeze the juice out of the lemons;
- mix lemon juice with olive oil, add salt and sugar, mix;
- squeeze garlic into the oil mixture through a press, finely chop chili pepper, cilantro, dill, add to the marinade, mix.

Pour the resulting mixture into the nutria pieces, close the lid and shake well so that the marinade is evenly distributed over the entire volume of meat.

After 1-2 hours, the nutria will be ready for heat treatment.
