    The drink will turn out even tastier and healthier if you use strawberries from your plot grown without chemical fertilizers. For tincture, you can use both fresh and frozen or dry strawberries. The berries are thoroughly washed under running water, remove the stems, rotten and spoiled berries, throw them into a colander, let the water drain completely. Strawberries, if the berries are large, cut into quarters or halves.

    Put strawberries and sugar in a clean glass container, it is better to use dishes for making a dark-colored drink. Berry cake from tincture can be used for baking or desserts for adults.
