    Step 1.

Prepare the ingredients for the tincture. Raspberries for the preparation of the drink can be used both fresh and frozen, the quality and taste of the finished tincture will not be worse from this. The main thing is that the berries should be well ripe and clean, so fresh berries should be washed with a colander, but this should be done carefully so as not to lose valuable raspberry juice.

We close the jar with a nylon lid and put it away for a month and a half in a dark, cool place.

    Step 6.

Put both containers back in the refrigerator for a month and a half. During this time, the jar with raspberries and sugar should be shaken once a week so that the sugar dissolves better.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

After the allotted time, a syrup is formed in a jar with raspberries. Pour boiled clean water into the jar, mix, filter the liquid through gauze and pour it into a container with vodka infused with berries.

  8. Step 8:

    Step 8.

Mix both mixtures and filter again through gauze folded in several layers, put the drink in the refrigerator for cooling and further storage. The tincture is ready for use.

Tincture differs from liqueur in that it is a stronger drink, vodka is infused with raspberries, so the strength of the tinctures turns out to be about 40 degrees, and all the useful substances and vitamins, the taste and aroma of raspberries pass into the drink itself. Therefore, the tincture is used as a drug, naturally, in moderate doses. Raspberry tincture is used as a medicine for colds, anemia, kidney diseases, because raspberries are rich in vitamins such as A, B, C, contains iron, potassium, magnesium, salicylic acid and others.
