There are various ways to prepare frozen berry juice. The main thing is not to boil, and in general not to heat much, because at the same time the juice will lose a huge amount of useful substances. And considering that we will add honey to the juice, it will also not be useful, since honey cannot be heated. For those who are allergic to honey, it is recommended to replace it with sugar.

So, pour the frozen wild berries into a bowl of a suitable size and leave for half an hour or an hour so that they defrost a little. Previously, the berries can be rinsed with clean water, if they are not collected personally, there is forest litter on them or ice has frozen. When the berries melt, we put them in the bowl of a blender and grind them into puree.

In a large saucepan, heat the water a little (up to 30-40 degrees), dilute honey in it. It is best to take liquid honey - it will be easier to dilute it, but any one will do. We taste it and add more honey if necessary. If sugar is supposed to be used, the water can be brought to a boil so that the sugar crystals dissolve better.

Now pour about a third of the water into the cranberry puree, mix well. After the mixture is filtered through a fine sieve, the skins of the berries are squeezed out, then they are thrown out. And pour the filtered liquid into a saucepan with honey water, stir.

Morse is ready! You can already try it. Pour the juice into a jug, put it in the cold. Such a morse can be stored in the refrigerator for quite a long time, but it's better to drink it fresh!

Good health!
