1. Squid wash, clean.

2. Prepare the brine: in boiling water, pour pepper, salt, dry spices for fish, and also add a couple of bay leaves, boil for a couple of minutes.

3. In the resulting brine, boil the squid for about 10 - 15 seconds from the moment of boiling, then remove them and cut into strips.

4. Wash the parsley, chop it with a knife. Garlic is cleaned, passed through a press. Combine garlic with parsley, pour vinegar, pour salt and sugar, season with ground black pepper and olive oil, mix.

5. Warm squid seasoned with garlic sauce, let it brew for 20 minutes.
