Norwegian salmon soup with cream

Quick, simple and easy soup! Fragrant and delicious! This soup is just a delicacy! I don't know who, but I can cook and eat this often, and for some reason I don't get bored!

Cooking method

Cooking time: 40 min

1. Put the water to boil.
2. Peel the onion and potatoes. Cut the potatoes into large cubes, the onion into thin half-rings. Cut the fish into cubes.
3. When the water boils, add the potatoes with onions, bay leaf and cook until the potatoes are ready.
4. Add the fish and cook for 10 minutes.
5. Remove the soup from the heat, add cream, let it brew for 5 minutes.
6. Add salt to taste and serve.
You can trot with greenery.
