Beer soup with sour cream

Surprise your family with an original recipe! A very, very unusual culinary recipe for soup from Lithuanian cuisine with beer as the main ingredient. It is worth clarifying that it is quite high in calories, since it consists of beer and sour cream. Be that as it may, but the Zhemait beer soup is worth trying it at least once. It goes especially well with friendly gatherings in the kitchen on winter evenings. Such delicious food for the conversation of bosom girlfriends or friends. By the way, soft cheese in the recipe can be replaced with cottage cheese. Honestly, I cooked this dish with both cheese and cottage cheese, with the latter I liked it more. But this, as they say, is for taste and color.

Rub raw yolks with sugar and salt, combine them with sour cream and beat well in a mixer. Pour beer into a small saucepan, bring it to a boil, immediately remove and put sour cream, cheese and cumin. After that, we put it back on the stove and keep it on low heat, stirring continuously. When the food is ready to boil, remove it from the heat.
Cut a loaf of black bread into thin strips, salt and sprinkle with cumin, then lightly dry in the oven. Such crackers can either be simply served with soup, or put in plates with it.
