Mushroom yushka

A simple dish with mushrooms, delicious to eat and easy to cook! Mushroom yushka can be served for lunch and dinner, the dish is low-calorie but very tasty. Mushrooms can be used any: fresh or dry, forest or store-bought. It is customary to serve yushka with sour cream or with crackers, you can also season it with additional spices if desired.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 50 min

1. Pour the water into a saucepan, send it to the fire.

2. Meanwhile, peel the onion, cut into small cubes, fry in sunflower oil until soft.

3. My champignons, cut into plates, spread to the onion, salt and pepper, continue to fry until cooked.

4. When the moisture evaporates and the mushrooms are slightly browned, pour flour, mix, fry for another 3 minutes.

5. Then we transfer the mushrooms and onions to boiling water, taste them, if necessary, salt and pepper.

6. Wash the parsley and chop it with a knife, put it in a yushka, keep it on fire for a minute and remove it from the stove.

We serve yushka on the table hot, very tasty with rye crackers.
