Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 30 min

Turn on the oven to warm up to 180 degrees. You'll need it later.

Thoroughly rinse the chicken fillet, wipe it with a paper towel and separate the films and bones (if any). Pour clean water into a medium-sized saucepan, put the chicken fillet in it and cook it until tender. Then drain the broth, and divide the fillets into fibers and finely chop. In a separate bowl, season the meat with salt and pepper.

Rinse, dry and peel the bell pepper. Remove the core with seeds from it. Then put the peeled peppers in a baking dish or on a baking sheet, grease the surface of the vegetables with olive oil using a kitchen brush and put in a preheated oven for 20-30 minutes (depending on the size of the pepper).

Then let the baked Bulgarian peppers cool, then cut them into thin strips.

Seedless olives (you can take canned) finely chop.

Peel the garlic, wash it and pass it through the press.

Drain the brine from the feta and mash the cheese with a fork until smooth. Add chopped garlic to it and mix well.

Then you need to assemble the dish. In the middle of a large flat plate, put a glass around which to put all the salad ingredients. Put the chopped boiled chicken fillet in the first layer and thoroughly lubricate with mayonnaise. Put the second layer of pepper cut into strips and also pour mayonnaise. The third layer is finely chopped olives, also add mayonnaise on top. Put the final layer of the mass of feta and garlic. At the end, also add mayonnaise to taste.

Since a Christmas wreath is a festive dish, then it should be decorated accordingly. Wash and dry the dill greens. Lay the dill twigs over the entire surface of the salad in a circular direction, imitating a Christmas wreath from the Christmas tree. Put cranberries on top of the dill. It can be replaced with another red berry, for example, red currant or pomegranate seeds. Red and green are the perfect New Year's color combination. Remove the glass from the middle of the dish and the salad can be served to the table! It will certainly cheer up your guests and give a festive atmosphere!

Bon appetit!
