Very tasty simple and tender salad for real men and not only! This salad is truly versatile - it will look perfect on the New Year's table, suitable for men's holidays and birthdays, but it is not difficult to prepare it for an everyday table! According to the classics, this salad is prepared with beef, but I suggest cooking it with smoked chicken. I hope your men will appreciate this salad! My husband appreciated it, and I really liked it!

Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 30 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

Prepare all the ingredients. Cook the eggs for 8 minutes from boiling, and to make them easier to clean, add 1 tablespoon of salt

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

    Peel the onion

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

    Cut into thin half rings

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Now the onion needs to be pickled, do it the usual way: lemon juice, boiling water or put in the freezer for 15-20 minutes. I add a little apple cider vinegar

    Step 5.

    Then put sugar

  6. Step 6:

  11. Step 11:

    Step 11.

Lubricate well with mayonnaise. In my family, men love mayonnaise very much, and no matter how hard I try to wean them off, it's all to no avail!

  12. Step 12:

    Step 12.

Three proteins on a large grater

  13. Step 13:

    Step 13.

Spread the grated proteins with the next layer and lubricate with mayonnaise

  14. Step 14:

    Step 14.

Then three yolks on a fine grater, you can also mash them with a fork, you do not need to lubricate with mayonnaise

  15. Step 15:

    Step 15.

The last layer is grated cheese on a fine grater. If desired, decorate with twigs of greenery

  16. Step 16:

    Bon appetit!
