Cooking method

Cooking time: 40 min

Prepare all the ingredients for laying layers on the cake. Cook the eggs and cool them. Peel the carrots and grate them on a grater (you can boil it in advance, you can take raw). Chop the walnut kernels and add to the carrots, salt, add part of the mayonnaise (you can half) and mix. On the dish on which the cake will be served, we put a waffle sheet. We take the dish a little larger than the size of the leaf, so that the salad does not turn out to fall inside. From the mayonnaise, we make a mesh and spread the canned fish, previously mashed with a fork (I love mackerel). This is the first layer of the cake.

Cover with the next waffle cake. The second layer - spread carrots with walnuts.

The third layer, as well as the first, is lubricated with mayonnaise, grated eggs and laid evenly on the cake. Wash the greens, finely chop and pour on the eggs, a little salt.

The fourth final layer will be a layer of waffle cake with mayonnaise and grated cheese, the cheese will also serve as a cake decoration. You can add a little greenery on top. Snack cake made of waffle cakes with canned fish is ready. It is advisable not to let it stand for too long so that the waffles do not "float".

Bon appetit!
