Seafood pasta cheese cream

Pasta, only very tasty! With the aroma of the sea and cream! Simple! Spaghetti with shrimp, sour cream and garlic flavor will appeal to everyone (except, of course, non-shrimp lovers). Although, for such special gourmets, you can take chicken fillet, divide the dish into two pans - and let everyone choose what he likes best. In general, spaghetti with shrimp in cream sauce is an amazing dish.

Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 15 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

    Wash and chop the greens.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

    Peel and chop the garlic.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Grate the cheese on a fine grater.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Add salt to boiling water and put the spaghetti to cook. Cook for 1 minute less than it says on the package.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

Add the shrimp to the garlic and fry them a little.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

Add sour cream and cheese and simmer until a homogeneous sauce forms. Instead of sour cream, you can take cream, only with them carefully - when they overheat, they go in flakes and spoil everything.

  8. Step 8:

    Step 8.

Add the spaghetti to the pan, stir and warm everything together. If the sauce is too thick, add water from cooking spaghetti (a small ladle is usually enough).

  9. Step 9:

    Step 9.

Serve, sprinkled with herbs. Basil is especially good here, as for me.

Have fun!
PS Instead of shrimp, you can take a sea kettle (frozen or in a jar).
