Beetroot salad with mozzarella and arugula

Follow the diet with pleasure - this recipe will help you! The other day I discovered a very delicious salad. I wanted something light, low-calorie and healthy. And to be sure with honey dressing. I had arugula and mozzarella, but I couldn't think of the main ingredient. In the end, I decided to make beetroot. I have a large boiled beetroot left. On the Internet, I spied an idea with sesame seeds. What can I say - it's very tasty!!! Beetroot in a sweet marinade and in combination with arugula and mozzarella is a real pleasure without harm to the figure.
