Salad with krill meat and rice

Seafood lovers must cook this salad. Krill are Arctic shrimp, which make interesting dishes to taste. I've heard about krill meat for a long time, but for the first time I bought and cooked a dish from it only recently. I'll cook more.

    Boil the rice until tender in salted water. Then discard the rice on a sieve and cool. Drain the water from the krill, mash the meat with a fork.

    Hard-boiled eggs. Then drain the water, cool the eggs and clean. Cut into small cubes. Put krill meat, rice, eggs, cucumber and apple in a salad bowl.
