Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 30 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

Melted cheese (2 pieces) is grated on a fine grater. Boil the eggs hard-boiled, let them cool in cold water, clean and grate on a coarse grater. Mix eggs, cheese and crushed garlic in a convenient bowl. Season with mayonnaise and mix well. Take mayonnaise with a fat content of 50%. Buy processed cheese expensive, good quality. You can use ordinary hard or smoked sausage cheese. It will turn out no less delicious.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

With wet hands, we form balls of such size that they fit into tartlets. I used small tartlets made of shortbread dough, I got 14 balls for 14 tartlets. You can go further and put a salted nut, olive or olive in the middle of each ball. I'll do it next time.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

We put the balls in tartlets. It is not difficult to do this, the main thing is not to spoil the shape and not to crush them.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

For decoration, we will need sausage and prunes, which will go to the eyes. Instead of prunes, you can use peppercorns and just insert it into the places for the peephole - it will be even easier this way. Cut the sausage into thin slices. We cut out small squares that will go to the ears - 28 pieces (2 for each pig). I cut out the piglets with a pen cap - we make only 14 pieces of them. Prunes are cut into thin sticks.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Insert the sausage squares into the places for the ears so that a triangle looks out from above. You can make a small incision so as not to bruise the pig's muzzle. We put the piglets in their places. We make eyes out of prunes - we push the sticks inside, leaving the edge to peek out. The pigs are ready, it remains to stick a sprig of dill into each billet. These are the cute cuties we got.

Themed spicy snack in the form of pigs.
