Cooking method

Cooking time: 15 min

Put sugar in a small saucepan and pour water and orange juice.

Without stirring, put the cranberries on top (I have frozen cranberries, I did not defrost them).

Put on a quiet fire, closing the lid.

Gradually the future sauce begins to heat up, the cranberries begin to give their juice.

After boiling, reduce the heat further and cook the sauce for 10-15 minutes. Cranberries will burst from heating, thereby giving even more juice.

After 15 minutes of boiling on low heat, the sauce is ready.

Pour the sauce into a saucepan and let cool.

The sauce is well stored in the refrigerator. Immediately from the refrigerator, the sauce will be very thick, so it will need to be stirred well.
