Do housewives often wonder what kind of snack to bring to the festive table? I want something delicious and at the same time new. The world of cooking is full of all sorts of delights, new ideas, new dishes. Everyone knows that snacks are dishes that are served before the main courses or are intended for a separate light meal. Snacks are traditionally served together with alcoholic beverages.

Snacks are cold and hot. They are prepared mainly from vegetables, fruits, mushrooms, meat, fish. This recipe offers the user a cold snack of eggs with krill meat. This dish is one of the new variations of the well-known stuffed eggs.

1. Hard-boiled eggs. To do this, we put them in a small saucepan, pour water, send them to the fire. Then cook for 7 minutes from the moment of boiling.

2. After the specified time, we transfer the eggs to another container, fill it with cold water. So they will cool down faster. Then peel the eggs from the shell, cut in half.

3. Carefully remove the yolk, put it in a bowl, knead with a fork. We also put krill meat here.

4. Peel the garlic, pass it through the press. We send it to the yolks and krill in a bowl.

5. Grate the hard cheese with a coarse grater, send it after the garlic.

6. Boiled and peeled shrimps are cut into several parts, spread with the rest of the ingredients.

7. And now we fill the filling with mayonnaise, mix thoroughly, salt and pepper to taste. The resulting mass is filled with egg halves.

8. Serve the appetizer on a platter, sprinkle with paprika.

9. My green onion, cut. Decorate them with a snack.
