The recipe describes the method of preparing the filling from dried apples. To prepare such a filling is not difficult at all. It is better to grind dried apples with a meat grinder. A manual meat grinder and an electric one will do, with the latter it will go much faster. It is not recommended to use a blender for grinding, since the structure of the apple mass will not be the same as it should be.

1. Put the dried apples in a deep bowl, fill with cold water. Wash thoroughly, then drain the water. It is necessary to wash dried products.

2. Put the clean apples in a saucepan, pour cold water again. The water should completely cover the dried fruits.

3. We send the pan to the fire. When the water is heated enough, pour sugar, then bring to a boil.

4. Cook from the moment of boiling for 5 minutes. It is not necessary to cook longer, since apples should not boil.

5. The broth is completely drained. It can be used for other culinary purposes or drunk as compote.

6. Let the apples cool down a little, then pass through a meat grinder.
