1. Oranges are washed with a brush, dried. We peel each fruit, remove the bones, cut the pulp into cubes, and cut the right amount of peel into small cubes.

2. The lemon is also washed, the peel is cleaned, the bones are extracted, the pulp is cut into cubes. We put the prepared oranges and lemon in a saucepan, add water, send it to the fire.

3. After the liquid boils, turn down the heat and continue to cook for two hours, during which time the orange peel should become soft.

4. Pour sugar, mix until the crystals are completely dissolved, simmer on low heat for another 15 minutes.

5. We fill the pre-sterilized jars with jam, roll them up hermetically. When the blanks cool down, we transfer them to a permanent storage place.
