Prepare fragrant berry jam! Simple and delicious! Sloe jam has an unusually delicious and thick syrup, the berries do not boil, but remain whole. In the process, each berry is saturated with syrup, this is a wonderful treat! From the specified amount of ingredients, 800 ml of jam is obtained.

1. The thorn is thoroughly washed, we remove the peduncles, soft and damaged fruits are removed. For this jam, only dense, elastic berries are needed.

2. We put the prepared turn into a container with hot water (the water should be at a temperature of about 80 degrees), leave it for 10 minutes, then transfer it to cold water, pierce each berry with a qigan needle or toothpick. 

3. Combine water with sugar in a suitable saucepan, send it to the fire, heat it over low heat until the sugar is completely dissolved. In a homogeneous boiling syrup, spread the thorn, remove the pan from the heat, leave to cool for 5 hours. 

4. Then we bring the syrup with berries to a boil again, in the process we remove the foam. Boil for 5 minutes, no more. We fill clean dry jars with jam, let them stand for 15 minutes, only after that we roll them up hermetically.
