Cooking method

Cooking time: 35 min

1. First we need to boil the grits. Rice is better to use a special roll for cooking, if there is no such thing, then a round-sized one is also suitable. Rinse it well several times until the water becomes clear. Put the rice in a saucepan, pour cold water, cook under a closed lid. After boiling, reduce the heat to a minimum and cook for another ten minutes. Now let's prepare the rice dressing, for this we mix rice vinegar with salt and sugar and add it to the warm rice.
2. Put a sheet of nori on the mat with the shiny side down. Moisten the palms with water and distribute the rice on the sheet, leaving 3 cm on top. Spread a strip of smoked chicken, creamy soft cheese, and add a slice of fresh cucumber. If desired, you can also add a piece of Bulgarian pepper, it turns out very tasty too.
3. Using a mat, we fold the nuri leaf into a tight roll so that it does not unfold, we smear the free edge with water. Cut the roll into 6-8 pieces with a very sharp knife.
4. Put the sliced rolls in a baking dish lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle with grated cheese. We put it in a preheated oven, as a cheese crust forms on the rolls, so our dish is ready!
