Cooking method

Cooking time: 25 min

1. Pour water into a saucepan, send it to the fire.

2. When the water boils, add salt and washed corn grits.

3. Cook over low heat until the porridge begins to thicken (when the porridge begins to thicken, I advise you to mix it with a whisk to prevent the formation of lumps).

4. Then remove from the heat, add honey, mix.

5. Peel the apple, remove the seed capsule, cut the pulp into cubes.

6. Put the butter in a frying pan, melt over low heat, pour brown sugar and add a little cinnamon.

7. Put the prepared apple in the resulting mass and simmer for 2 minutes.

Serve porridge with caramel apple, garnished with fresh mint, serve it on the table and bon appetit to you!
