Apples with cream in Portuguese

Baked apples with cream are a great dessert for the holiday. Of all the types of custard creams, this is my favorite. Recently I saw an interesting idea of baked apples with custard in the oven. The dessert is made based on the national Portuguese cakes made of puff pastry with cream, which are called pate. Apples are soaked with fragrant cream, and the cream gets the taste of apples. You can serve it both warm and cold - it's equally delicious.
