1. Wash the champignons and put them on a paper towel, and dry them a little. Then cut in half and chop into thin slices.

2. Peel the onion and chop it very finely so that it does not feel in the sauce.

3. In a saucepan, melt the butter and lightly fry the onion and add mushrooms to it, simmer until the liquid evaporates. Add flour and fry for a couple of minutes.

4. Pour sour cream, salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 5 minutes on low heat and our sauce is ready!
