Delicious, unusual and fragrant plum appetizer! Spicy, pickled plum is a very simple and easy recipe, it is prepared quickly and does not require much effort. I really like plums and try to prepare more for the winter. I cooked jam and compote, and a neighbor suggested this recipe. Tender and appetizing will bring variety to the winter menu.

1. Plums are washed and sorted. We pierce them so that they are better marinated in several places.

2. The jars are pre-sterilized by steam or in the oven. Put the plum in the jars and pour boiling water, leave for 5-6 minutes and drain.

3. We cook the syrup, pour the sugar into the water and bring it to a boil. Add spices to the plums and pour the syrup.

4. We roll up the cans, turn them over, cover them with something
warm. As soon as they cool down, we remove them to a cool place.
