Cooking method

Cooking time: 30 min

1. Boil the well-washed rice, take the proportions for 1 cup of rice, 1 cup of water. We leave it under the lid to pop. As soon as it cools down, add salt and sugar.

2. Put a sheet of nori on the mat, with the shiny side down. On the matte side, stepping back from the edge, we spread the rice, and with palms soaked in rice vinegar, we level it.

3. In the middle of the sheet we lay out: a crab stick, a strip of cucumber and soft cheese.

4. With the help of a mat, we roll up into a roll and dip it into the egg mixture and breaded in breadcrumbs.

5. Fry the roll in oil, as soon as a golden crust appears, turn it over to the other side.

6. Cut into portions and put cheese on top. We send it to the oven as soon as the cheese melts, so the rolls are ready.
