Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 20 min

Cut the smoked chicken into small cubes. We peel the sausages from the shells, cut them into strips together with the ham.

Potatoes are cleaned, washed under running water, cut into strips, like meat products, only thicker, so that during cooking it does not fall apart, but keeps its shape.

Onions and carrots are cleaned. Cut the onion into small cubes, carrots into thin strips.

Select the "Frying" mode, put the onion and carrot in the bowl of the slow cooker, watering with vegetable oil. Fry for 3 minutes, then put the potatoes and cook for 15 minutes on the "Baking" mode.

Meanwhile, cut the cucumber into strips.

Put the prepared meat products into the bowl of the multivark: ham, chicken and sausages, as well as olives and cucumber. Pour in the broth (water), salt and pepper to taste, add paprika (optional), close the lid and cook on the "Soup" mode for half an hour.

While the hodgepodge is cooking, the onion feathers and dill are washed, let dry a little on a paper towel and finely chop with a knife.

After the sound signal, let the hodgepodge infuse for 5 minutes and put on plates.

Decorate the hodgepodge with chopped dill and green onions.

Bon appetit!
