Grape compote in a saucepan

An invigorating drink that gives energy and strength! These are not just high-sounding phrases, but the real truth! It is worth making sure of this by preparing a compote of grapes yourself. Vitamins, as well as aroma and taste - everything in it is beautiful and harmonious. A great alternative to all kinds of Coca-Cola and fanta, believe me, this does not only concern children!

Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 25 min

1. Boil water in a saucepan of suitable volume.

2. Rinse the grapes under running water, separate from the twigs.

3. Put the grapes in boiling water (I put the berries in a skimmer so as not to burn my hands), pour sugar.

4. After the compote boils again, turn down the heat and cook it for another 5-7 minutes.

5. Cool the compote to room temperature, then pour into jugs and send it to the refrigerator for at least an hour.

6. Be sure to serve it cold (an ice cube will not hurt in any way, but on the contrary, it will improve the taste).

Good mood to you!
