Minced beef soup

Very hearty soup with minced beef, tomato and rice. This hearty soup is prepared like kharcho, only it does not taste sharp, but tastes more like soup with meatballs. There is no need to cook meatballs from minced meat, on the contrary, in soup it should be crumbly, like grits. Minced beef soup does not cook for a long time, since it takes much less time to prepare the already ground meat.
