Chicken salad with strawberries and pistachios

This salad will decorate the festive table. Mint can not be added to the salad, because not everyone likes it in salads. Although, in my opinion, it is very appropriate here. But my husband does not like mint in the salad categorically. Therefore, it is better not to throw all the mint, but to make a small spoon and if you like it, add the rest of the greens.

Cooking method

1. Boil the chicken fillet until tender. Put the meat on a plate and cool. Then disassemble into fibers.
2. Peel the strawberries from the stalks and cut into strips.
3. Chop the pistachios coarsely.
4. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
5. Wash the mint, tear off the leaves and tear into small pieces.
6. Combine all the ingredients, season with mayonnaise and mix.
7. Decoration. Wash the mint. Remove the tails from the strawberries, cut the berries into thin plates. Chop the pistachios coarsely.
8. Put the salad in the center of the plate with a slide, decorate with strawberries and mint. Sprinkle chopped pistachios on top.
