To make jam, choose ripe fruits.
Apples and pears are washed, cut into small pieces. We remove only the seed box, we do not peel the skin. We pour the prepared fruits into a saucepan, add half a glass of water and cook. When the pieces become soft, we grind them using a regular sieve. You can grind it with a blender.
Add sugar to the resulting mass, mix thoroughly and cook over low heat. Do not forget to stir so that the jam does not burn. It is necessary to cook until the mass decreases in volume by 1/3. It will take about an hour and a half.
Put the finished jam in clean and dry jars, hermetically close.

Sweet tea in winter!
