Tomato juice in cans

Prepare delicious vegetable juice for the winter according to this recipe! Very simple! Since childhood, I have loved homemade tomato juice, and therefore I always try to close at least some amount. Then, in winter, it's so nice to open a jar and enjoy a natural thick vegetable drink, remembering warm days.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 50 min

1. Wash the tomatoes, cut them into four pieces and put them in a blender bowl. They won't fit all at once, so you'll have to repeat the process several more times or take a larger container.

2. Chop tomatoes with an immersion blender in puree.

3. Pour the tomato mass into a saucepan.

4. Add salt and ground black pepper.

5. Put the future juice on the fire (medium heating), let it boil.

6. Turn down the heat and cook the juice for 10 minutes.

7. Pour the boiling juice into sterilized bottles (cans), roll up the lids, let cool in the heat.

Now the juice can be stored in a cool place.
